She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Bivins and Nancy Raines Bivins; her daughter Catina Bivins; and her brothers, Johnny Bivins and Walter Raines.

She is survived by : her son Darrin Fulks; her siblings, Nellie Kate Collins, Albert Bivins, Arthur Bivins (Rebecca) and Annie Bivins; her aunts and uncles, Bennie Raines (Juliett), Bessie Raines and Joyce Raines; and her friend Elijah Ford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
