He was predeceased by : his parents, Einar Christopherson and Ann Christopherson; and his brother Eric Christopherson. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Cason Christopherson of Oxford; his son Kyle R. Christopherson, MD (Nicole Avrett) of Grand Junction, Colorado; and his brother Carl Christopherson. He is also survived by his family; along with numerous other family members and many close friends.
