She was predeceased by: her parents, Theophilious Johnson and Minnette Miller (Howell); her husband Leonard Douglas; her children, Joan Riley, Patrick Douglas, Errol Douglas and Radcliff Douglas; and her siblings, Kenneth Johnson, Keith Miller, Alfonzo Miller, Amborossa Miller, Gloria Miller and Vasti Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jaunitta (Vernon West), Courtney Douglas of England, Barrington Douglas of England, Rosemarie Douglas of Georgia, Nicolette Williams (Andrew Seymour-Julian) and Tresha Douglas of New York; her grandchildren, Tadfy Walters, Arlene Walters, Maxwell Riley, Cameka Riley, Tyronne Garrel, Camlio Foster, Chevans Douglas, Dahlia Douglas, Vinesha Douglas, Donnett Douglas, Jada Douglas, Monifah Douglas, Skyler Douglas, Norgea Douglas, Errol Douglas, Ren Douglas, Poshae Douglas, Antonqua Douglas, Worrel Clahar, Nicholas Dwyer and Nikka Douse; her great grandchildren, Tajee Walters, Talcia Walters, Tallecia Murphy, Camecia Pusey, Kimora Foster, Jasmine Foster, Tyrone Clay, Tyrese Clay, Brittany Clay, Jenai Clahar, Jenel Clahar, Emanuel Hope, Kiari James, Kiri James, Kingston Clahar, Roman Clahar and Arianna Douglas; her great great grandchild Tamene Walters; and her siblings, Lopez Miller of New York, Joy Johnson of Jamaica and Jocelyn.
