He is survived by: his brother Mark Day; his nephew Drew Day (Kristyn Day); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dilyn, Austyn and Westyn Day; his niece Jena Inscore (Justin Inscore); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob Inscore and Jentry Inscore.
