With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerry C. Walthall (Palmetto, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 12, 2025 at the age of 70. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gerry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including loving relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the J.'s. Hammond Baptist Church (211 Beckman St, Palmetto, GA 30268).
