We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2025, at the age of 72, Gordon Eugene Newton of Palmetto, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Eugene Newton and Doris Louise Newton; and his sister Vicki Newton. He is survived by: his wife Cathie Newton; his sons, Jason (Jolina), Matthew (Brittany) and Kevin (Amanda); his grandchildren, Brianna, Tyler, Makenna, Mason, Addison, Jackson and Wyatt; and his sister Brenda Newton (Jim). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parrott Funeral Home & Crematory (8355 Senoia Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
