He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudus L. Handley and Annie Lou Davis Handley; and his siblings, Claudus L. Handley, Jr., Elizabeth Hembree, Hazel Hancock and Margret Aiken.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Belcher Handley; his sons, Larry Handley and Barry D. Handley (Dan Bergman); his grandchildren, Tiffany Handley Ent (Patrick), Taylor Handley Highnote (Brandon) and Payton Handley; and his great grandchildren, Dakota Ent and Whitley James Highnote.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Ramah Baptist Church Cemetery Association, 502 Ramah Dr, Palmetto, GA 30268, in memory of Roger's generous spirit and enduring faith.
