She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Moody and Gussie Sloan Moody; her husband Junior Jackson Jacobs; and her siblings, Alvin Moody, Archie Moody, Irene Drury, Corene Roberson and Eula Crews.
She is survived by: her children, Chester Jacobs, Andrew "Andy" Jacobs (Lisa), Mark Jacobs (Paula), Brad Jacobs (Marie) and Nita Phillips; her sibling Rivers (Diane Jacobs); her grandchildren, Dasha Johns Shea (Lorne), Eric Causey (Becky), Dustin Causey (Nicole), Daniel Hollingsworth, Taylour Rhoden (Mikey), Andrew Jacobs (Fiance' Mackenzie), Aaron Jacobs (Haley) of Austin Jacobs, A. J and Audrey Deonne (Skyler); and her siblings-in-law, Odie Crews of Nahunta, Shelby Jacobs of Hortense, Geraldine Booth of Macclenny and Mary Phillips of St. Petersburg. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
