He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Waters and Dorothy Mae McCrae Waters; and his wife Laverne Scurry Waters. He is survived by: his sons, Wendell Waters (Renee) of Fairbanks, Timothy Waters (Teresa) of Blackshear, Tony Waters (Theresa) of Blackshear and Kenny Waters (Monica) of Patterson; his grandchildren, Isaac Waters, Jay Waters, Kayla Waters, Jason Waters, Alyssa Johnson, Brianna Waters and Carrie Waters; and his sister Virginia Courson Carroll (late Glenn) of Hawkinsville. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
