He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Kratochvil, Sr. and Patricia Maxim Kratochvil; his wife Linda Kratochvil of Patterson; his children, Jennifer Pryor, Michael Via (Tania), Matt Powell, Kenneth Kratochvil, Jason Kratochvil (LeAnna), Samantha Daniel (Patrick) and Haley Howell (Bookie); his grandchildren, Kinsey, Brooklyn, Zoey, Lindsey, Jace, Dakota, Kaleb, Nikolas, Khloe, Kaley, Patrick, Jr., Sophia, Dalton, Kyle, Kaitlyn, Karlee, Kassie, Tori, Kolton, Wyatt, Annaleigh, Bentley, Katie and Sean, Sr.; his great grandchildren, Wrenley, Kaylee, Sean, Jr., Blakely and Remi; his sisters, Deborah Adamo and Esther Kratochvil; his close friends, Shawn Kinlaw and Eric Guinn; his niece Patty Kratochvil; and his caregiver Janice Melton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
