She is survived by: her husband Alvin Strickland, Sr. of Patterson; her children, Scarlett Powell of Fernandina Beach, FL and Alvin Jackson "Jackie" Strickland, Jr. of Hilliard, FL; her sisters, Ornez Jones of Fernandina Beach, FL and Martha Reddick of Yulee, FL; and her grandchildren, Christopher Powell and Skyler Powell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
