He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lee "Buddy" Haire and Lena Emelyn Sweat Walker; his stepfather Willie Winaford "Winnie" Walker; his brother John David Haire; his stepsiblings, Freddie Walker and Marcelle Bennett; and his mother-in-law Norris Evelyn Sapp.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Sapp Haire of Patterson; his daughters, Monica Waters (Kenny), Margo Panning (Nick) of Offerman and Mindy Winn (Bryant) of Patterson; his grandchildren, Brianna Waters, Carrie Waters, Matthew Panning, Maddie Panning, Brooklyn Panning, Bentley Panning, Evy Thrift, Coley Thirft, Zachary Winn and Zoe Winn; his great grandchildren, Oaklynn Reed and Trevyn Reed; his siblings, Robert Lee Haire of Waycross, Roy Evan Walker of Patterson, Brenda Diane Sparks of Hortense, Michael Haire of Ft. Lauderdale and Ricky Haire of Ft. Lauderdale; his father-in-law James "Cotton" Sapp of Patterson; and his brother-in-law Eddie Sapp of Patterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
