He was predeceased by: his parents, C. M. Kelley and Nadine Thomas Kelley; his daughter Sierra Kelley; and his siblings, Grady Preston Kelley and Darlene Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Shelia McIntire of Pavo, Georgia; his sons, Chance Morgan Kelley and Jacey Duckworth of Adel, Georgia; his grandchild Coy McKinlee Kelley; and his siblings, Leonard Kelley of Norman Park, David Lee Kelley of Norman Park and Earnistine Kelley of Moultrie.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Baker Funeral Home (2222 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31788). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
