He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Roy Bishop and Margaret Calhoun Bishop; his siblings, Inez Day and Lawrence Bishop; and his son Patrick Roy Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Bishop of Pavo; his children, Kayla Bishop Davison (Robert) of Boston, Matthew Joseph Bishop of Newnan, William Mark Bishop of Newnan and Mae Bishop Hedden (David) of Newnan; his stepson James C. Morgan (Shawn) of Franklin; his great grandchildren, Molly Bishop Perez (Jose), William Mark Bishop II (Christina) and Christin Bishop Batista; and his siblings, Edna Barge, Alma Mamione, Landis Bishop, Roy Lee Bishop and Robert Bishop.
