Virginia Sue Brasington Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 16, 2026, at the age of 91, Virginia Sue Brasington of Pavo, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert Allen Green and Allie Jane "Sue" Green; her husband Frank Brasington; and her son-in-law Bucky Moore. She is survived by: her children, Glen Brasington (Marie) of Pavo, Thomas Lee Brasington of Pavo, Leslie Diane Fountain (Michael) of Lawrenceville and Linda York (Greg) of Pavo; her grandchildren, Sonja Barlow (Paul), Meghan Lee Smith (Lamar), Travis Lee Brasington, Allie Grace Brasington, Amanda Meeks (Quentin) and Crystal Butler (Brett); and her great grandchildren, Shelby Barlow, Avery Smith, Sutton Smith, Grayson Meeks, Kayle Meeks, Henley Meeks and Baylor Meeks.
