He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby R. Everett and Mary Lucille Everett; his siblings, Shelby Everett, Jr., Audry Keep and Evelyn Jones; and his fiancé Kazuko Mitchell.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Kevin Sumner; his granddaughter Zoee Elizabeth Sumner; and his pet Chewee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
