It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Horace Avery Hayes of Pearson, Georgia, who passed away on February 19, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Hayes and Annie Belle Jowers Hayes; his grandson Jamie Morris; and his siblings, Marie Bruce, Rufus Hayes, Carroll Hayes, Clarabelle Cribb, Leola Ritch and Marcus Hayes.

He is survived by : his wife Jane Hayes of Pearson. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews.
