It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Faye Hooks of Pelham, Georgia, who passed away on January 30, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fred and Esther Thursby Thomas; and her husband James Paul Hooks. She is survived by: her son Freddy Hooks (Cheryl) of Camilla; her grandchildren, Jake Hooks (Jeri) of Camilla, Kyle Hooks (Savannah) of Midland and Adrienne Jones (James) of Camilla; her great grandchildren, Mallie Kate Hooks, Hattie Hooks, Hagan Hooks and Ward Jones; and her sisters, Belinda Chason (Dale) of Thomasville and Laverne Turner (Sydney) of Cairo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Stitches of Mitchell County or Thomasville Humane Society.
