He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Newman (Tim) of Register, GA and Cindy Whitfield (John) of Pelham; his granddaughter Rachael Echols (Kris) of Thomasville; his daughters, Tina Allen (Shawn) of Ochlocknee, Emily Libby of Thomasville, Skylar Williams Gibbs (Jesse) of Thomasville and Catherine Wilkes of Pelham; and his siblings, Lee Roy Ouzts, Jr. (Sunja) of Charlotte, NC and Jean Hayes (Charles) of Monticello, FL. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
