He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McCleland Sanders and Claudia Hood Sanders; and his brothers, Elbert Sanders, Marion Sanders, Jimmie Sanders and Robert Sanders.
He is survived by: his wife Anne L. Sanders; his children, Glenn Eugene Sanders of Savannah and Beth McCoy (Keith) of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Dylan McCoy (CaraBeth) and Cassie McCoy; and his great grandchild Brooklyn McCoy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
