He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hugh Moore and Gertrude Cowart Moore; and his siblings, Mary Lee Shoff, Franklin R. Moore, Vivian Moore, Annie Ruth Bukowski and Robert Carl Moore.
He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Wilson (Earl) and Janice Mitchell (Gordon); and his caregiver Karen Atkinson.
