He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Screen and Susie Screen; and his siblings, Grace Rahn, J. C. Screen, Ginnie Shuman, Shirley Long, Charlie Screen and Ray Screen.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Carter, David M. Screen, Richard Screen and Robin Screen; and his siblings, Billy Screen (Sharon), David Screen and Betty Brier (Danny). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
