He is survived by: his wife Edith Evette Dickerson Bennett; his daughters, Karey Butler (Neil Adams) of Pembroke and Kim Jackson (Maurice) of Statesboro; his brothers, Edward O'Neal Bennett of Claxton and James Rickey Bennett (Beth) of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Justin Jackson (Anna), Hilarie Jackson (Ty), Ashlyn Butler, Grayson Butler and Jarrett Butler; and his great grandchild Virgina Jackson.
