He was predeceased by: his parents, James Olan Butler and Margaret Sanders Butler; and his brother James Larry Butler. He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Butler (Wendy) of Chattanooga, TN, Misty Harvey (Michael) of Pembroke and Jeremy Butler (Lora) of Metter; his close friend Gloria Butler; his sisters, Janice Bragg (Danny) of Pembroke and Darlene Bacon (Hoynes) of Pembroke; and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Mason, Carson, Roland, Elizabeth and Desiree. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Flanders Powell Funeral Home (197 S College St, Pembroke, GA 31321). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
