He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Franklin Williams and Shirley Underwood Williams. He is survived by: his children, Dusty Williams of Eden and Danielle Williams of Eden; his siblings, Tracy Williams of Ellabell, Gary Franklin Williams of Hardeeville, SC and Vondell; his brother-in-law Perry Driggers of Statesboro; and his grandchildren, Bryson Michael Baxter and Braylynn Michelle Baxter.
