He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Schuman and Ella Schuman; and his siblings, Charles, Bobby, Mike Huggins, Martha Huggins, Susan Barker and Louise Glacking.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lynn Huggins; his children, Robin Butler (Al), Rusty Huggins, Jr. (Lori) and Ryne Huggins (Jessica); and his siblings, Ellis, Terry Huggins and Ann Tebbetts (Al).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Flanders Powell Funeral Home & Crematory (197 S College St, Pembroke, GA 31321). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (321 W Barnard St, Glennville, GA 30427). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
