He is survived by: his father Rufus Williams, Jr. of Pembroke; and his siblings, Keith Williams (Kassie) of Ellabell, Angela Vickers of Pembroke and Wade Williams of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by uncle and cousin, having numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
