She was predeceased by: her parents, Heyward Anderson and Henrietta Hagan Anderson; and her brothers, Andy "Ebb" Anderson and Nicholas "Nicky" B. Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Jack Russell "Rusty" Lanier of Pembroke; her daughter Lindsey; her son-in-law Shannon Bancroft of Pembroke; her son Brett Russell; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Lanier of Pembroke; her sister Brenda Sutton of Wilmington Island; and her grandchildren, Collin Bancroft, Grayson Lanier, Lyla Lanier and Wilder Lanier.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
