She is survived by: her husband Frank Fullmore, Sr.; her children, Christopher Norman Vincent (April) of Pembroke, Jerry Lee Vincent (Christy) of Roanoke, AL, Frank Warnell Fullmore, II of Lake Park, GA, Summer Yarnell Harrell (James) of Pembroke, Ginger Rae Tipton of Harrington, DE, Tressie Yvonne Fullmore (Rachel) of Moultrie, GA and Ashley Renee Rice (Rusty) of Eatonton, GA; and her sisters, Lorraine Hall (Ricky) of Swainsboro, GA, Lisa Spence of Milford, DE and Vickie McCole of Milford, DE. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
