Willie leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Willie’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Willie will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She is survived by: her husband James O. Bulloch Sr. of Pembroke, Georgia; her son Dwight Antonio Shuman of Savannah, Georgia; her brothers, Robert Lee of Lanier, Georgia, Edward Durant (Cathy) of Lake Butler, Florida and Roy Lee Durant (Dawn) of Greenwood; and her niece LaShandra Miller of Lanier, Georgia. She is also survived by extended family members, friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home Pembroke Chapel (66 Ledford St, Pembroke, GA 31321). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mill Creek Baptist Church (327 Mill Creek Church Rd, Ellabell, GA 31308). A burial was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the same location.
