He is survived by: his wife Margaret B Finley; his children, Kathy Cox (Jim), Brant Finley (Kim), Cindy Clack (Thomas) and Peggy Reynolds (Mark); his sister Justina Lou; and his siblings-in-law, Dwight Pearson, Marina Finley and Jean Cheatham.
