He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Melba Bell Perkins; his sister Patricia Perkins (Pat); his stepmother Eva Perkins; and his godson Page Anthony Pate.
He is survived by: his caregiver Rosa Hill.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Magnolia Baptist Church (1567 Magnolia Church Rd, Perkins, GA 30442). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
