She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Brake, Jr. and Eva Nell Gallman Brake. She is survived by: her children, Tabatha Jones of Perry, Shane Rountree of Perry and Eric Tyner of Perry; and her brother Paul Ray Brake of Perry.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Walnut Cemetery (716 Cherry St, Unadilla, GA 31091).
