She was predeceased by: her mother-in-law Karen J. Mizer; her brother David M. Edmondson; her brother-in-law Edgar E. Lyons II; and her nephew Edgar E. Lyons III. She is survived by: her husband Daniel D; her son Matthew R. Burger; her stepdaughter Chelsea K. Mizer; her grandson Vincent A. Moran; her son-in-law Joel E. Moran; her mother Eloise Wombles Raines; her father-in-law Dale K. Mizer; her sister Shelia R. Raines; and her sisters-in-law, Teresa L. Lyons and Kathy J. Wright (Duane Wright). She is also survived by several loving Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Cindy's memory to the St Paul Lutheran Church, 121 S College St. Newcomerstown, OH 43832.
