She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Carter and Ruby Davis Carter; her husband Harold Jennings; her son Mike Jennings; and her brother Edwin Paul Carter.
She is survived by: her nephews, Chris Carter (Beth) of Atlanta and Jeff Carter of Byron; her great-nieces, Cayla Carter and Chloe Carter; and her sisters-in-law, Gail Carter of Perry and Kay Holland (Jerry) of Lilburn.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (1601 Sam Nunn Blvd, Perry, GA 31069).
