She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Moncrief and Lena Luzelle Moncrief (Smith); her husband Buddy; her daughter Ramona Lynn; and her brother Wilbur Moncrief.
She is survived by: her daughters, Juanita Wilson (Bucky) and Lori Ferri (Bob); her grandchildren, Shelby Taylor Wilson, Maci Anne Evans (Cole) and Felicia Ferri Carter (Edward); and her great grandchildren, Ethan and Zoey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family welcomes flowers but also invites those who wish to honor Merle's memory to consider a donation to First Baptist Church of Perry in lieu of flowers.
