He was predeceased by: his parents, James English and Christine English (Hosford); his grandson Michael Jacob Guy; his brother Millard English; his nephew Benjamin English; and his niece Amy McCranie.
He is survived by: his wife Liz English; his children, Tracy Johnson (Tom) of Thomaston, GA, Don Guy (Gina) of Warner Robins, GA and Ryan English (Cara) of Perry, GA; his grandchildren, Brittany Helms (Jerry), Caleb Johnson (Kaylee), Presley Pittman (Phillip), Dalton Guy and Amelia English; and his siblings, Elizabeth Batchelor of Cochran, GA, Raymond English of Cochran, GA and Donnie English (Jane) of Brunswick, GA. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (2953 US-341, Hawkinsville, GA 31036). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital in honor of Charles's generous spirit.
