He is survived by: his children, Cedric Peavy (Cynthia) of Centerville Ga, Satoria Ragin (Erica) of Augusta Ga, Tavare Ragin of Augusta Ga and Marquita Miller (Juan) of Perry; his brothers, Duncan Ragin Jr. of Perry, Horace Ragin (Marcy) of Cebu and Philippines; his brother-in-law Fred Thompson; and his nieces, Melanie Weatherspoon, Melvina Heath, Yolanda Heath, Kimberly Beach and Cindy Thompson.
