He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine Sheets Wilson and Wayne Davis Wilson; his stepfather Dr. G. N. Perdue; his wife Anne Stanley Wilson; his sister Sue Wilson Mathews; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Martin and Jack Mathews.
He is survived by: his children, Patty, Ernest Greene of Perry, Jill, Stan Wilson of Milledgeville, Juanita and Bucky Wilson of Perry; his grandchildren, Anna, Hunter Stanley, Blair, Ernest Greene, Kate Greene, Dr. Emory Adam Wilson, Liza, Andrew Hilliard, David Wilson, Shelby Wilson and Maci Anne Wilson; his great grandchildren, Alex Stanley, Jackson Stanley, Sam Wilson Stanley, Miles Greene, Sid Greene, Emory Owen Greene, Nathan Wilson, Josie Wilson, Natalie Wilson, William Wilson and Harrison Hilliard; his sister Tot Martin; his siblings-in-law, Sally and Ronnie Stanley; and his close friends, Jeanie and Kim Cassell. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and a host of many, many friends.
