He is survived by: his children, James Edward Flournoy, Jr. and Danielle Bivins; his stepsons, Danny Ray Wheeler and Bryant Edward Wheeler; and his nephew Jerry Wayne Flournoy. He is also survived by six grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
