With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Montgomery Parnell (Perry, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 9, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Larry Parnell and Catherine Lazenby Parnell; his adoptive father James Parnell; his sister Lisa Mon; his significant other Nancy Parnell; his children, Jacob Parnell (Amanda), Jared Parnell (Tiana) and Eva Catherine Clark (Ashley); his grandchildren, Chandler James Parnell, Ruby Louise Parnell, Charlotte Leigh Parnell and Elisha Montgomery Parnell; his sister Lori Adamson (Donnie); and his mother-in-law Eva Jeanette Bass.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cross Point Baptist Church (645 Perry Pkwy, Perry, GA 31069). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
