It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janie McLeod Gupton of Perry, Georgia, born in Dublin, Georgia, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James McLeod and Faye Rozier McLeod; and her brother David McLeod. She is survived by: her children, Joseph "Jody" Gupton of Perry and Tracy Haynie of Perry; her granddaughters, Rebekah Hunt and Spree Haynie; her great grandchild Kodie Hunt; and her siblings, Bobby McLeod (Glenda) of Milledgeville, Sandra Greathouse (Harris) of Perry and Jimmy McLeod (Vivian) of Perry.
