He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Hilton Lee, Sr. and Doris Meredith Lee; his former wife Deloris Hood Lee; his brother Larry Lee; and his grandson Jimmy Chavis.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Taylor Lee; his children, Greg Lee (Kim) of Fort Valley, Gary Lee (Michelle) of Centerville, Terry Lee (Pat) of Bonaire, Tammi Lee Chavis of Warner Robins and Jennifer Lee Dover of Warner Robins; and his stepchildren, Gail Reid (Chuck) of Salem and Jimmy Shemwell (Tina) of Louisville, Kentucky. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
