He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stubbs and Eunice Bronson Stubbs; his siblings, Ann Garris, Pete Stubbs of Eunice Lee, E. B and Mary Pratt; and his son Benjamin Bronson "Bronnie" Stubbs.
He is survived by: his wife Marian Echols of Quitman; his sons, Steve Stubbs (Mary) of Fernandina, FL, Allen Stubbs (Robert Hargrove) of Elko and Wayne Stubbs (Luelle) of Hayesville, NC; and his grandchildren, Bronson Stubbs (Lisa), Tyler Stubbs, Will Stubbs, Ben Stubbs (Jen) and James Stubbs (Katie). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
