It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Stuart Chapman of Perry, Georgia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee Chapman; and his son Taylor Ryan Chapman. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Aaron Chapman of North Carolina and Jaylyne Reddy (Randall) of Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Martin Scott Chapman (Kelly) of West Virginia, Lynne Cline Huber (Michael) of Warner Robins and Anne Peterson (Scott) of Kathleen.
