He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fred and Ruth Newman Goetz; his wife Doris Allen Goetz; and his children, Joseph Lamar Goetz and April Barrentine.
He is survived by: his sons, Ken Lloyd Goetz (Lynn) of Tampa, FL and Randall Goetz (Shelby) of Cochran; his son-in-law Greg Hammack of Gray; and his sister JoAnn Britt. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
