She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Daniels and Lessie Mae Daniels (Bellflower); and her siblings, Paul Daniels, Coot Daniels, Bill Daniels, Gene Daniels and Irma Wynn.

She is survived by: her husband Gene Cook; her sons, Chris (Tonya Cook) and Michael (Wendy Cook); her grandchildren, Harley Weeks (Hunter), Taylor Hayslip (Lane), Sydney McDaniel (Wesley) and Kade Cook; her great grandchildren, Riley Weeks, Ridge Hayslip, Ruby Hayslip and Millie McDaniel; her brother Cecil Daniels; and her sister-in-law Pat Daniels. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
