She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Frank Saxon and Martha Grimes Saxon; her husband Will W. "Bill" Adkins; and her sisters, Jean S. Nation and Mildred S. Burt.
She is survived by: her brother Eddie Frank Saxon, Jr. of Crawford; her children, Jeffrey Adkins (Barbara) of Appling, David Adkins of Perry, Janemarie A. Smith of Clayton, NC, Van Adkins (Sandy) of Perry and Kathy Adkins of Perry; and her granddaughters, Katie Sheldon (Zac), Natalie Horseman, Erin Montgomery (Woody), Laura Williams, Heather Walters (Kevin) and Rebecca Adkins (Logan Bartholomew).
