We announce the death of Mildred Edna Hemak in Perry, Georgia, born in Turin, New York, who passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 96. Mildred will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Hemak, Sr.; her children, Edward Hemak, II and Betty M. Brown; and her granddaughter Cheryl L. Manning. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Hemak (Richard McWhirter) and Lynn Dalrymple (Bob). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren, 1 on the way, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory (701 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31093). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at the Parkway Memorial Gardens (720 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31093).
