He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Fuller Hardin and Phillip Glenn Stamps; his grandmother Winifred Duke Stamps; and his sister Anna McCray. He is survived by: his sisters, Glenda Camaret (Michael) of Cumming, Dorothy Moxley (Michael) of Valdosta, Kellie Roach (Matt Velazquez) of Gahanna and Gayle Watkins (Stevie) of Smithstation, Alabama; his children, Chantille Blake Stamps and Debron Phillip Stamps of Grand Bay, Alabama; and his nieces and nephews, Lauren Cedor, Jennifer Barber, Jason McLeod, Chelsea Kirkland, Allison Roach, Maddison Velazquez, Trey Purvis, Abby Watkins and Cohen Watkins.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Jay's HOPE Childhood Cancer Foundation, helping families who are trying to maintain some sense of family normalcy while continuously caring for a child with cancer.
